Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with atrendytides Solutions s.r.o. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically refunds for canceled orders are completed within 3-5 business days.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately using the contact information provided at the bottom of this page. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies, but typically takes 5-10 business days from the date we process the refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount for the return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
